There were more videos worth talking about this year than ever. Cheap videos with great ideas work online, so we get directors like Saam. Nima Nourizadeh keeps bringing great colour and life. I can’t believe So-Me and the Ed Banger videos. I’m already regretting not including some choice pieces of meat on this list, but i managed to remember Jarvis from the beginning of the year.

Canadian photographer Ben Pobjoy just got back from a European tour hitting Paris, Geneva and Berlin and doing what he does best: taking photos of DJs.
Ben’s started putting together a limited release book tentatively titled Children of the Night exhibiting his insider’s view of the world’s club scene. He’s has already photographed Peaches, M.I.A, Kele Okereke, Busy P, DJ Mehdi, Kavinsky, SebastiAn, Dave Clarke, DJ Falcon, Yo Majesty, Cool Kids, A-Trak and Kid Sister.
Ben is always hopping on a plane somewhere, so I’m sure we’ll see the list growing. And, you can be sure some of the More Proof DJs will find their way into the book.
