This weekend Your Boy Brian and I DJ’d at Lee’s Palace in Toronto. Check out the new Chromeo remix on his site, it was one of many new songs he played, and there’s some hot destruction going on in his brain. Big up to Pare and Truth Explosion on their birthday.

I met Futura at Sneaker Pimps in Toronto, and the creepy mannequins at Circa made his pictures from Toronto. Big ups to Dennis Chow for his designs riffing on classic Dunk looks in full blown letter jackets. When are they gonna start making these for real…. have a look here

The other amazing thing going on at Sneaker Pimps was DJ Premier on the ones and twos. The legend. Watching this guy DJ was a history lesson I needed. Toronto’s party DJ champion, Your Boy Brian, was DJing right after him which leads us to this amazing ghetto picture with Brian kind of next to Primo:

A YouTube vendetta against banana bread has begun, spearheaded by Sebastien Grainger’s new recipe. Their dog is so cute.
Have you been to his myspace lately? Used to be, I would camp out there and listen to the demo for When You Go Out, but there’s more goodies now. I heard those songs are a good preview of what he’s cooking up for his debut solo album.
